At Americana Estate Sales, we put people and pets first. Caring for and placing unwanted or left by loved one's pets with new families just waiting for company and the responsibility of caring for a new pet.

Our initial inspection of the premises will decide whether or not a pet may be in need. Many times your clients or their loved ones may have fed strays or had feral kittens or puppies in their yard or on their property that the children, friends or neighbors were unaware of. To leave these animals abandoned after the loss of the homeowner is irresponsible and cruel and most of the time will end up resulting in disease or death.

Our firm works with local rescue organizations to capture, clean, vaccinate, care for, and place these harmless critters so the story has a happy ending.

Along with finding them a loving family to live with, we will help you clean up any mess or destruction these animals may have caused to the property by not having proper care or attention due to the deteriorating mental or physical health of the person who had lived there. We understand that during the latter part of life, many priorities take precedence over animal care and feeding, nurturing and proper maintenance. When a person gets old, they sometimes even forget they have a pet or critter to care for and this can cause them further worry as time goes by.
